Memorial Day Ceremony

Following the morning Holy Eucharist Service on Sunday, May 30, a Memorial Day observance was held to honor members of All Hallows Church who have served in the military, both deceased and alive.Prayers were offered and a reading of service member names was followed by a ringing of the Lynch Gate bell for each the deceased. A bagpiper played a medley or patriotic tunes at the beginning of the service, "God Bless America" was sung by a soloist and taps was sounded after the reading of the names of the deceased.(Pictured left to right: Capt Clay Groton, USA, CWO3 Ray Selph, USA, Lt Col Ken Thom, CAP, Maj George Murray, CAP)"Almighty God, we commend to your gracious care and keeping all the men and women of our armed forces at home and abroad together with their families."
